Bottersnikes & Gumbles is currently airing weekdays on CBBC at 7.10am and 3.35pm, on 7TWO in Australia at 7.30am and globally in 17 languages on Netflix. Gumble Run, a game available on desktop, tablet and mobile and coproduced with CBBC, was launched in October. A publishing deal with Hachette will see sticker and activity books and storybooks for young readers coming to the UK and Australia.
Bottersnikes & Gumbles (52 x 11’) is aimed at 6-9 year olds and follows the adventures of three squashy, stretchy Gumble heroes, as they try to avoid getting tin-canned by their lazy, grumpy neighbours, the Bottersnikes. With adventure, action and camaraderie at its heart, Bottersnikes & Gumbles is based on the much-loved series of books by S.A. Wakefield, with illustrations by Desmond Digby and is co-produced by Cheeky Little Media and Mighty Nice in Australia and CAKE in the UK.
