Flo is a little girl who lives on a house boat with her little round dog, Ebb. In every episode they make
a new encounter and Ebb struggles with her feelings
of jealousy, insecurity or desire to fit in.
The painterly animation is faithful to the original series of books by Jane Simmons, published by Simon & Schuster. The series now transmits on Noggin in the USA and FIVE in the UK.
